Individual Therapeutic Support
Our team are trained in a variety of therapeutic modalities and take an integrated approach to developing individualised programs and treatment plans to meet the needs of each client to assist and support them to work towards their goals.
These session may include nature-based Therapy, Creative Arts Therapy, Equine or Animal Assised Therapy, EMDR or EFT.

The HorseWisdom Program
This Equine Assisted Therapy Program is conducted over 10 sessions and is suitable for individuals or groups. This program provides a solid foundation for social and emotional learning in the key areas of: Awareness, Boundaries, Feelings, Thinking, Relationships, Resourcing, Facing Life’s Challenges. All experiences with the horses are ‘ground-based’ and there is no need for prior horse or riding experience.

The Expressive Journey Program
Individual Art Therapy for children, young people and adults
These playful and intuitive sessions are designed for all levels of creativity, and brings together expression, connection relaxation and questions to guide our path forward. Over the 10 sessions, Ash will teach you a variety of artistic techniques and explore your own creativity in a meaningful way.

Sibling Sessions
We value the importance of strong, reliable family connections. We can design a session or a series of sessions suitable for meeting the needs of sibling groups.
These sessions may focus on building healthier relationships by developing communication, negotiation and Theory Of Mind skills (understanding the perspective of others) and increasing participant’s awareness of themselves and others.

School Holiday Group Programs
Are you looking for a school holiday program that is outdoors, away from 'screens' and is fun, educational and involves friends, animals, art and nature?
Our 2-day school holiday programs are an opportunity to build capacity in the areas of social skills, self-awareness, independence, emotion regulation, communication and leadership skills.
We offer groups for primary school and high school children and these run each school holidays.

Group Programs for children and young people
We are able to offer specialised programs, tailored to the individual needs of the group.
These groups may be for primary and high school student groups, Out of Home Care providers and other govt and non-government organisations, incorporating time in nature, experiential experiences with horses and creative art sessions.
All experiences with the horses are ‘ground-based’ and there is no need for prior horse experience.

Creative Connections
Expressive Art groups for adults
This 8 week program is designed for all levels of creativity and brings together self-expression, connection, relaxation and fun.
Over the 8 weeks, you will experience a variety of artistic techniques, including journal making, self scape sculptures, clay creations, print making, mixed media portraits, plein air painting and music with art
These groups are guided by Ash, who is both an Professional Artist and Art Therapist.
Connect with other people in a safe, relaxed space, spend time in nature and explore your own creativity in a meaningful way.

The Muster Program is a nature-based, equine assisted therapy group program designed for adults with psychosocial disabilities and emotional or mental health challenges. The goals of the program are to develop social communication skills, increase emotional intelligence and promote independence through increased psychological flexibility and distress tolerance skills.
This is a nature-based program which incorporates time with animals, creative expression through arts and craft as well as sharing delicious morning tea together.
